Minimum Orders

All minimum order values are exlusive of VAT.

or Fax on : 01273 417739 or by post to 67 Norway Street, Portslade, BN41 1AE. For e-mail orders please call the sales team. For deliveries we need two days notice in advance, for collections a minimum of 24 hours.
Collections
Minimum order for collection in person is £100.00. An extra 2% discount is made for trade collections on and above that value. All orders must be place 24 hours in advance.
Payment
Strictly payment on delivery / collection by cash or cheque. Debit card payments are accepted over the phone and in person. Represented or returned cheques will incur a charge of £10. For BACS payments please call for details. All goods remain the property of Infinity Foods until paid for. Customers applying for credit will be asked to provide two trade refrences, please contact Simon Page for details.
Discounts
Applicable to shops only and where a COD payment is made.
Invoice nett total:
over £200 - 1%,
over £300 - 2%,
over £400 - 3%,
over £500 - 4%,
over £800 - 5%,
over £1500 - 6%,
over £2000 - 7%.
For ton lots or bulk orders, discounts are by arrangement - contact Robin FitzGibbon. Non trade customers are liable to a 10% surcharge.
Queries
Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, the occasional mistake will inevitably occur. Please check your order on arrival. You will be asked to sign for it and no claims can then be made except for quality. If you have any quality problems please call us before returning the goods.
Goods marked V carry VAT at the standard rate.
