Catch the BBC's In Search of the Perfect Loaf? Great  programme following award winning artisan baker Tom Herbert of Hobbs House Bakery. Tom is attempting to bake a loaf which will win him first prize at the National Organic Food Awards.

In his quest for the perfect loaf Tom visits Sharpham Park to meet Pete their organic grain miller. Sharpham Park are now our main supplier of spelt grain.

Tom's final loaf  - 'The Shepherd's Loaf' is an organic white spelt sourdough. Created with organic spelt from Sharpham Park and sea salt from the Cornish Sea Salt Company.  Will the judges agree that it is the perfect loaf?
