Chia seeds
We are now selling Chia Seeds - these tiny black seeds are another natural powerhouse. High in protein, fibre and omega 3 & 6 fatty acids.
For now we are selling them packed and labeled legally in accordance with the present Novel Foods classification that has been granted (as an ingredient for bread products).
A quick search on-line will reveal a whole host of information and recipes for using Chia Seeds, as they are widely on sale in America and around the world.
